1. About Carrera Blooms

Carrera Blooms creates handcrafted luxury forever-flower arrangements using carefully selected materials, including real-touch artificial flowers, glass vases, and other decorative elements.

Because our arrangements are handcrafted, each piece is made with individual attention and care. Small variations in flower positioning, arrangement, materials, color, texture, or other details may occur.

These natural variations are part of the handcrafted nature of our products and are not necessarily considered defects.

2. Products and Product Images

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display our products, including their colors, dimensions, materials, and overall appearance.

However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, monitor, lighting, photography conditions, or other factors.

Because our arrangements are handcrafted, the finished product may have minor differences from photographs shown on the website.

These differences do not diminish the quality or intended appearance of the arrangement and are part of the individual character of a handcrafted product.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify designs, or change materials used in an arrangement when reasonably necessary.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you regarding the available options, which may include an appropriate replacement, modification, or refund.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Carrera Blooms website are subject to change without notice.

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable charges may be calculated separately at checkout.

Carrera Blooms reserves the right to correct pricing, description, or other website errors. If an obvious pricing or listing error affects an order, we may contact you before fulfilling the order to confirm whether you would like to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order for a refund.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order through the Carrera Blooms website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, phone number, billing information, and shipping address.

Carrera Blooms is not responsible for delays, additional costs, failed delivery, or other issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

An order is considered accepted once Carrera Blooms has successfully processed the order and payment and has confirmed the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in situations involving suspected fraud, inaccurate information, product availability, pricing errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive an appropriate refund for the canceled order.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe.

Carrera Blooms does not store complete credit or debit card numbers or card security codes on our own systems.

By submitting an order, you authorize the payment method provided to be charged for the applicable purchase price, shipping charges, taxes, and other amounts presented at checkout.

7. Order Processing

Carrera Blooms generally requires 3–5 business days to prepare an order before it is shipped.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Because our arrangements are handcrafted, additional time may occasionally be necessary due to circumstances such as unusually high order volume, material availability, or other circumstances affecting production.

If a significant delay is expected, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Carrera Blooms currently ships to customers in the United States and Canada.

Shipping charges are calculated separately from the product price and are presented at checkout.

Standard shipping is generally available, and expedited shipping may be offered when available.

Carrera Blooms does not currently offer local pickup.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled in large part by the applicable carrier. Carrier delays caused by weather, transportation issues, operational delays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside Carrera Blooms' control do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Please review our Shipping & Delivery policy for additional information regarding shipping, delivery, tracking, and packages reported as delivered but not located.

9. Delivered but Missing Packages

If tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate the package, you must contact Carrera Blooms within 24 hours of the date and time the carrier marks the package as delivered.

Before contacting us, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, mail or package areas, and the applicable carrier when appropriate.

Carrier-confirmed delivery does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or replacement.

Carrera Blooms may review available tracking and delivery information and may ask you to contact the carrier as part of the investigation.

Claims reported more than 24 hours after the carrier's delivery confirmation may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

10. Returns and Refunds

Eligible unused products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the requirements of our Returns & Refunds policy.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by Carrera Blooms.

Custom or personalized arrangements are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund except when the order arrives damaged or another covered order issue occurs.

11. Damaged Orders and Order Issues

We take great care in preparing and packaging every arrangement.

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect order, please contact Carrera Blooms within 24 hours of delivery.

For damaged shipments, we may request photographs of:

• The shipping box
• The shipping label
• The exterior packaging
• The interior packaging
• The arrangement
• The damaged area

Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved.

When appropriate, Carrera Blooms may provide a replacement, refund, or another reasonable resolution.

Carrera Blooms is not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery as a result of accidents, drops, improper handling, improper placement, misuse, alterations, or failure to follow the Care Guide.

12. Glass and Fragile Components

Many Carrera Blooms arrangements include glass vases and other delicate decorative components.

Customers are responsible for handling arrangements carefully after delivery.

Arrangements should be moved carefully and placed in an appropriate location where they are unlikely to be knocked over, dropped, or exposed to unnecessary impact.

If glass breaks, do not handle broken glass with your bare hands. Keep children and pets away from the area and use appropriate protective measures when cleaning up broken glass.

13. Custom and Personalized Orders

Some Carrera Blooms arrangements may be customized or personalized at the customer's request.

Before beginning a custom order, we may communicate with you regarding available flowers, colors, vase options, design preferences, personalization, or other details.

Once a custom or personalized order has been approved and production has begun, it may not be canceled, returned, or refunded simply because the customer changes their mind.

Custom and personalized arrangements remain subject to our policies concerning damage, incorrect orders, or other covered issues.

14. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make a change to an order, contact Carrera Blooms as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a requested change or cancellation before an order enters production or has been shipped.

However, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once an order has entered production, has been customized, or has shipped.

Custom and personalized orders may be subject to additional restrictions.

15. Giving Back

Carrera Blooms sets aside 10% of the purchase price for our Giving Back initiative.

As these contributions accumulate, they are intended to be used to provide Carrera Blooms arrangements to senior living homes and hospitals, with the goal of bringing beauty and comfort to individuals who may have few or no visitors.

The timing and frequency of donations may vary depending on sales and the amount accumulated.

16. Website Use

You agree to use the Carrera Blooms website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website
• Introduce malicious software, code, or other harmful material
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or exploit website content for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Misrepresent your identity or provide intentionally false information
• Use the website in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its operation

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect Carrera Blooms, our customers, or the website.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Carrera Blooms website and its contents—including our business name, logos, branding, photographs, product images, written content, graphics, designs, and other original materials—are owned by or used by Carrera Blooms with appropriate permission.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission from Carrera Blooms.

Purchasing a Carrera Blooms arrangement does not transfer ownership of Carrera Blooms' trademarks, branding, photographs, designs, or other intellectual property.

18. Customer Communications and Submitted Information

If you submit information through our Contact Us form or otherwise communicate with Carrera Blooms, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

We may use information you submit as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide customer service, process an order, investigate an issue, or otherwise communicate with you about your request.

19. Third-Party Services

Carrera Blooms uses certain third-party services to operate the website and business, including payment processing, website hosting, email, and shipping services.

Third-party services operate under their own terms, policies, and practices.

Carrera Blooms is not responsible for the policies, availability, security, or practices of third-party services that we do not control.

20. Website Availability and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Carrera Blooms website available and information accurate and current.

However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free from technical problems.

Website content, product information, availability, pricing, and other information may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update website content when necessary.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Carrera Blooms will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other losses arising from the use of our website or products when such losses are not reasonably foreseeable or are otherwise excluded by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

22. Force Majeure

Carrera Blooms will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, government actions, power outages, internet or technology failures, labor disruptions, supply shortages, or other events outside our reasonable control.

When reasonably possible, we will communicate significant delays and work toward an appropriate resolution.

23. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to prevent a customer from exercising rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under the laws applicable to that customer.

24. Changes to These Terms

Carrera Blooms may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as our website, products, services, or business practices change.

When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms & Conditions are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
